This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Game Framework, operated by Boldsofts Digital Ltd.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all billing, payments, and refunds, and provides customer service for purchase-related inquiries.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This applies to new subscriptions, subscription renewals, and add-on purchases.
To request a refund, email us at support.gameframework@boldsofts.digital with the email address on your account and your Paddle order or receipt number (from your purchase confirmation email). Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
